About The Position
Trailhead Physical Therapy is seeking a clinically curious, patient-centered, and motivated Physical Therapist to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to build a life in North Phoenix, with access to outdoor activities and a lower cost of living. The clinic is a physical therapist-owned outpatient practice focused on hands-on, evidence-based care, including manual therapy, dry needling, cupping, IASTM, blood flow restriction, and spinal manipulation. They emphasize thorough evaluations, individualized treatment plans, and one-on-one patient attention without productivity pressures. New graduates are encouraged to apply, and experience is considered a plus. The first 90 days involve a structured onboarding process with shadowing, mentorship, and regular check-ins to ensure confidence in caseload, documentation, and clinical culture.
Requirements
- DPT from an accredited program
- Licensed in Arizona or eligible for licensure
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative instinct
- Genuine interest in hands-on techniques and continuing education
- Current CPR certification

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and build individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, dry needling, and specialty modalities
- Educate patients and families on their recovery, home programs, and injury prevention
- Track progress and adjust plans as patients progress
- Collaborate with your teammates on complex or challenging cases
- Maintain clear documentation in line with HIPAA and state and federal requirements using state of the art AI technology
