Children's Minnesota is one of the largest pediatric health systems in the United States and the only health system in Minnesota to provide care exclusively to children, from before birth through young adulthood. An independent and not-for-profit system since 1924, Children's Minnesota is one system serving kids throughout the Upper Midwest at two free-standing hospitals, nine primary care clinics, multiple specialty clinics and seven rehabilitation sites. As The Kids Experts™ in our region, Children's Minnesota is regularly ranked by U.S. News & World Report as a top children’s hospital. The Woodwinds Rehabilitation clinic, located in Woodbury, evaluates and treats children with a range of diagnoses from cerebral palsy, to treating children who may have difficulties with motor milestones/muscle control and coordination. They provide training to children and their parents/caregivers in the use of adaptive equipment in order to promote independence. This is a system casual PT position with the opportunity to cover any outpatient rehab location, based on candidate interest, and may include inpatient training. Staff who complete inpatient training are required to participate in the weekend rotation once every four weeks. We are especially interested in candidates who can provide consistent coverage for staff leaves of absence across multiple locations.
