About The Position

PruittHealth is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to help patients restore mobility, improve function, and achieve greater independence in a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting. The role offers compensation of up to $130,000 annually, based on experience, schedule, and location, and an advertised stay-and-earn sign-on bonus of up to $10,000. The Physical Therapist evaluates patients with orthopedic, neurological, and mobility-related conditions; develops individualized treatment plans; and provides rehabilitation interventions to improve strength, balance, gait, endurance, and functional mobility. The therapist monitors patient progress, documents care, collaborates with the care team, and educates patients and families about rehabilitation goals and home exercise programs. New graduates are welcome where applicable.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of practice.
Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
Foreign-trained applicants must possess credentials deemed substantially equivalent by the applicable credentialing organization.

Nice To Haves

Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, home health, or post-acute care is preferred.
New graduates are welcome where applicable.

Responsibilities
