About The Position
AdvantageCare Rehabilitation is seeking motivated and adaptable Physical Therapists (PTs) to join their team across Central Pennsylvania. This unique travel-style role allows PTs to provide coverage across 2-3 nearby skilled nursing and long-term care facilities in DuBois, St. Marys, and Emporium. The position offers schedule flexibility, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes. Both Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN/Coverage work options are available.
Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist (PT) License
- Passion for geriatric rehabilitation and functional outcomes
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a multi-site, team-oriented environment
Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on physical therapy to improve strength, mobility, balance, and independence
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab teams including PTAs, OTs, and SLPs
- Document patient progress and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards
- Provide flexible therapy coverage and support across multiple facilities as needed
