About The Position

The Physical Therapist Float works at UW Health’s 9th St. Clinic, located at 209 9th St. The position is 100% FTE, with hours varying between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on eight-hour days, Monday through Friday. The schedule includes one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) every four weeks, with a flex day, and one assigned holiday per year. A sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 may be available. Additional compensation may include evening, night, and weekend shift differentials, overtime, and on-call pay. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program or foreign equivalent as determined by the State of Illinois Department of Professional Regulation.
Current State of Illinois license in accordance with department policy; acceptable evidence of licensure or authorization to test must be presented at employment, and the employee may not work as a physical therapist until evidence of licensure eligibility is provided.
Basic Life Support/CPR certification.
