Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Candidates licensed prior to 2003 with a qualifying Physical Therapy degree will also be considered.
- Current or eligible New Jersey Physical Therapist license required.
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Nice To Haves
- Orthopedic outpatient experience preferred; motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention.
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate high-quality patient care.
- Ensure compliance with all professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.
