About The Position
Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for the 2025–2026 extended school year in Algonquin, Illinois. Requirements
- Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
- Active Illinois PT License
- PEL (Professional Educator License) with appropriate endorsement preferred

Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy direct therapy services and progress monitoring
