About The Position
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist for an exciting Travel or Local job in Atlantis, FL. This is a permanent, full-time, direct-hire position. The compensation range is $36.53/hr for entry-level to $45.63/hr for mid-level experience, up to $53.20/hr based on years of experience. A sign-on bonus may be available on a case-by-case basis.
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Florida
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required within 30 days of employment start date
Responsibilities
- Perform patient evaluations and treatment interventions within the scope of practice and professional ethics
- Assess therapeutic, rehabilitative, and functional status of patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and care teams
- Provide skilled therapeutic care consistent with physician orders and patient goals
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on exercises, therapies, assistive devices, and home care techniques
- Coordinate patient caseloads, staffing needs, and daily assignments
- Support patient engagement and positive patient experiences throughout treatment
