About The Position

Elite Integrated Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join their outpatient rehabilitation team in Simpsonville, South Carolina. This role is designed for a PT who wants to build a strong foundation in outpatient orthopedics while simultaneously developing expertise in women's health and pelvic health. The position is suitable for newer clinicians or experienced outpatient PTs looking to expand their skill set and contribute to building a women's health program. The PT will treat a diverse caseload including orthopedic conditions, with the opportunity to develop specialized skills in women's health, pelvic health, pregnancy, and postpartum care. The role involves creating individualized treatment plans, patient education, collaborating with healthcare providers, and building a referral network for women's health services. This is a unique opportunity to combine orthopedic expertise with specialty development in a supportive environment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior women's health or pelvic health experience is a plus, but it is not required.
• A newer DPT graduate looking for a strong outpatient foundation.
• A clinician with one to three years of outpatient experience who wants to expand beyond a traditional orthopedic skill set.
• An experienced orthopedic PT who has developed an interest in women’s health and wants a supported pathway to build that specialty.
• A clinician who enjoys orthopedics but is curious about pelvic health, pregnancy, postpartum care, and women's health.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient caseload, including orthopedic, musculoskeletal, hip, spine, core, and general rehabilitation conditions.
• Develop additional expertise in women’s health, pelvic health, pregnancy, and postpartum care based on your interests and the needs of the patient population.
• Create individualized, evidence-informed treatment plans that help patients return to the activities, work, exercise, and daily life that matter to them.
• Build confidence with patient education and conversations around sensitive health concerns.
• Work with physicians, healthcare providers, fitness professionals, and community partners to develop awareness of Elite’s women’s health services.
• Help build and grow a women's health/pelvic health referral base as the program develops.
• Participate in clinical mentorship, continuing education, and collaborative learning with Elite’s women’s health clinicians.
• Work alongside other clinicians and contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture.
• Continue developing your clinical skills across both orthopedic and specialty areas of outpatient care.
