About The Position

Champion Performance PT is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist to join their growing team. This role will expand capacity for a patient population that includes orthopedic conditions, chronic pain, and neuro presentations. The clinic offers an environment that supports real clinical thinking and a wide toolkit, including 1:1 appointments, sport-specific rehab, advanced knee and ACL rehab, manual therapy, neuro-informed support for chronic pain, and specialty capabilities such as BFR, NEUBIE direct current stimulation, post-concussion care, vestibular/BPPV, and complex cases like CRPS and EDS-HT.

Requirements

Approachable, team-first mindset that energizes collaboration and clinic culture
Licensed Physical Therapist (or license eligible) in Texas
Strong orthopedic fundamentals and confidence progressing therapeutic exercise
Comfort working with chronic pain and neuro presentations such as EDS, POTS, CRPS, etc. (or genuine interest and baseline competency)

Nice To Haves

Manual therapy strength
Experience or interest in: return-to-sport, ACL/knee rehab, vestibular/BPPV, post-concussion
Background with performance training, athletes, or “athletic-minded” adults

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat a mixed caseload with an ortho foundation plus chronic pain and neuro presentations
Build plans of care that reflect how patients actually live, work, train, and move
Deliver strong manual therapy when appropriate and pair it with progressive exercise and education
Collaborate with a high-standard team that values outcomes, patient trust, and continual learning
Document clearly and efficiently while keeping the patient experience excellent
