About The Position

We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient for a 26-week contract in Las Vegas, Nevada. The PT will provide rehabilitation services in an outpatient setting and must have prior experience working within an outpatient physical therapy environment. Candidates may begin the assignment using an eligible compact privilege but must obtain permanent state licensure promptly after starting. The position offers consistent daytime hours with 40 guaranteed hours during standard weeks and 32 guaranteed hours during holiday weeks. This contract opportunity is suited for a Physical Therapist seeking a long-term outpatient assignment with consistent daytime hours in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Requirements

• Outpatient Physical Therapy Setting Experience Required; Less Than 1 Year of Experience Accepted Per Requisition.
• Current, Active Physical Therapist License or Eligible Compact Privilege Required to Begin the Assignment.
• Permanent State Physical Therapist Licensure Must Be Obtained Promptly When Starting Under Compact Privilege.
• Ability to Work Day Shifts and Maintain the Required 40-Hour Weekly Schedule Required.
• Ability to Complete Required Assignment Credentialing and Documentation Prior to Start Required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and provide individualized physical therapy services in an outpatient setting.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs, functional limitations, and rehabilitation goals.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
• Educate patients regarding treatment plans, therapeutic exercises, and functional rehabilitation goals.
• Complete required clinical documentation and related outpatient therapy responsibilities throughout the assignment.
