About The Position
Physical Therapy of the Rockies is seeking a passionate PT or PTA to join their team in Littleton, CO. This practice was founded in 2015 with a focus on clinical excellence rather than productivity quotas. The clinic has grown to two locations with over 10 clinicians and offers advanced training in areas like Osteopractic, McKenzie, vestibular rehab, dry needling, and spinal manipulation. Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Colorado
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivation to grow into leadership opportunities

Responsibilities
- Evaluating patients and creating individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Providing interventions such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and specialty modalities
- Educating patients and families on exercises, recovery, and injury prevention
- Tracking progress and adjusting plans as patients progress
- Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintaining clear documentation in line with HIPAA and state/federal rules using state-of-the-art AI technology
