About The Position

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Oakton is seeking a Physical Therapist interested in specializing in pelvic health and pelvic floor therapy. Previous experience in pelvic health is not required; the clinic will provide and cover the costs of specialized education, coursework, and mentorship. This role is ideal for new graduates or experienced orthopedic PTs looking to gain a sought-after specialty without personal training expenses. The position involves treating patients within current skill sets while undergoing structured pelvic-health education and mentorship, gradually building a caseload for conditions like pelvic pain, urinary dysfunction, pregnancy and postpartum issues, and prolapse.

Requirements

Licensed or eligible for PT licensure in Virginia
A new graduate or experienced Physical Therapist
Interested in women's health and/or pelvic health
Compassionate and comfortable working closely with patients
Interested in continuing to learn and develop professionally
Looking for a clinic where they can build a long-term career

Nice To Haves

Pelvic-floor experience is welcome, but absolutely not required.

Responsibilities

Treat patients within current skill sets while receiving structured pelvic-health education and mentorship.
