About The Position
Founded in 2012, FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is a growing network of outpatient physical therapy clinics with locations across the country. We provide a medically based approach to health and wellness through comprehensive, individualized patient care, with specialized expertise in orthopedic, balance, vestibular, and pelvic health. FYZICAL is committed to advancing the future of health, wellness, and preventative care while helping patients restore function, improve mobility, and get back to the activities they love. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients with a variety of conditions while developing individualized treatment plans designed to help each patient achieve their goals. Whether you are an experienced clinician or early in your career, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a supportive team, expand your clinical skills, and make a meaningful impact on the patients you serve.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a clinical team
- Desire to continue learning and developing professionally

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care based on clinical findings and patient goals
- Provide evidence-based physical therapy treatments and interventions
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
- Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans, exercises, and strategies to support continued progress
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Communicate and collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and members of the clinical team
- Provide a positive, patient-centered experience throughout the course of care
- Follow applicable professional, ethical, regulatory, and clinic standards
