About The Position

Work Schedule: .8 FTE, day/evening shift. Weekly schedule will be Monday – Friday, variable hours 7am-5pm. Hours could vary based on operational needs of the department. You will work at East Madison Hospital, 4621 Eastpark Blvd. Madison, WI. We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to: Provide treatment services to patients of all genders and ages after acute and chronic episodes of pain, dysfunction, and surgeries. Collaborate with other providers in coordinating patient and family care across multiple services. This may include staffing interdisciplinary clinics at alternate locations. Serve as a clinical instructor on a rotating basis to assist in development of our future colleague. Assist in long term planning for a pelvic health physical therapy residency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
• 2 years of prior relevant experience
• Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Wisconsin Upon Hire
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 3 months
