About The Position

Join The Oregon Clinic as a full-time Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist in Northeast Portland. Work collaboratively with a patient-focused team and physicians, delivering world-class care with kindness and empathy. You will utilize excellent customer service and communication skills to conduct comprehensive physical assessments, develop individualized treatment plans to restore function, improve mobility, and promote overall wellness. Your primary duties include evaluating strength, coordination, and balance to support patient reintegration into daily life, providing therapeutic interventions and patient education, and collaborating closely with physicians and care teams to address patient needs and ensure coordinated care.

Requirements

  • A Master's degree or better in Physical Therapy is required.
  • Must be licensed to practice Physical Therapy in Oregon.
  • Current CPR/BLS within 60 days of hire.
  • Demonstrated ability to initiate, work independently, and effectively multitask.
  • Excellent attendance and work ethic.
  • Positive attitude and desire to be a team player.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with patients, physicians, and other team members.
  • A commitment to patient-focused care, privacy, and safety.

Nice To Haves

  • A Doctorate in Physical Therapy is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 3 (three) years’ experience as a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 (five) years of experience is strongly preferred.
  • Specialty certification in Pelvic Floor Therapy is preferred.
  • ACLS may be required by specialty.
  • Prior Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience preferred.
  • Epic experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Conducts comprehensive physical assessments and develops individualized treatment plans to restore function, improve mobility, and promote overall wellness.
  • Evaluate strength, coordination, balance, and other key functions to determine patients' abilities and support reintegration into daily life or the workplace.
  • Treatment includes therapeutic interventions, patient education, and assistive devices, with ongoing revisions as needed.
  • Contributes to the physician's effectiveness by identifying patient care issues, recommending options and courses of action, and implementing physician directives.
  • Collaborates closely with physicians and care teams to address urgent patient needs and ensure high-quality, coordinated care.
  • Other duties as assigned.
