Rocky Mountain Physical Therapy is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist/Pelvic Floor Specialist for their Greeley clinic. As a Physical Therapist/Pelvic Floor Specialist, you will evaluate and treat patients with physical disabilities, developing personalized care plans focused on pain relief, restoring function, and promoting healing. Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients in an outpatient setting, developing individualized treatment plans, maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations, providing direct supervision and communication with Physical Therapy Assistants and Clinical Directors, maintaining accurate and timely documentation, and collaborating with the clinical team for exceptional patient care. Requirements

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Team oriented
Graduate of a Physical Therapy Program approved by the Commission for the Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education.
Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in Colorado.
Pelvic Floor Certification
A person who demonstrates the physical and mental capabilities (practical &/or written, post training competency test) to perform the duties required of the position.
A person who can meet the physical and mental demand level of the position

Nice To Haves

At least two years of clinical experience, preferred
