About The Position

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Oakton is expanding its pelvic health program and seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) who wants to build expertise in this highly rewarding specialty. This role is ideal for a PT passionate about helping patients but looking for an alternative to the traditional high-volume PT environment. Prior pelvic health experience is welcome but not required; the company is willing to invest in training, continuing education, and mentorship for the right candidate. The position offers opportunities to treat patients with pelvic health conditions and work with a diverse outpatient population, with the flexibility to develop a pelvic health caseload as training and confidence grow.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Virginia licensure

DPT preferred
Pelvic health experience or training is a plus, but not required
An experienced pelvic health PT looking for a supportive new environment

Responsibilities

Performing comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
Developing individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
Providing pelvic health physical therapy within your level of training and competency
Educating patients about their condition, treatment, prevention, and long-term wellness
Tracking patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
Collaborating with our clinical team to provide exceptional patient care
Maintaining timely and accurate documentation
