Requirements

Physical Therapy Degree from an accredited program.
Arizona state PT licensure (or ability to obtain before start date).
Must be licensed as a physical therapist in the state of Arizona (no restrictions or encumbrances)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with patients and team members.
Passion for providing high-quality, hands-on patient care.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Commitment to continuing education and professional development

Nice To Haves

Experience in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop customized treatment plans based on their needs and goals.
Provide one-on-one treatment sessions, ensuring quality care and individualized attention.
Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and evidence-based techniques to enhance recovery.
Educate patients on rehabilitation strategies, injury prevention, and long-term wellness.
Track patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate documentation.
Collaborate with fellow therapists, front office staff, and referring providers to optimize patient outcomes.
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in physical therapy to continually improve patient care.
