About the Role
As a part-time Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist at CSMO, you'll play a key role in treating pelvic floor dysfunctions, as well as other related diagnosis such as low back pain and hip pain. You'll deliver high-quality, evidence-based care while working alongside a skilled and welcoming multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT)
• Pelvic Floor certification required
• Strong communication & customer service skills

Nice To Haves

• BLS (CPR) certification preferred
• Two years of experience as a pelvic floor therapist preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Provide effective, compassionate, and patient-centered care
• Collaborate with physicians and therapists to ensure continuity of care
• Educate patients and families to support progress and long-term outcomes
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation
