Requirements

Current North Carolina Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy required
Bachelor's Degree accepted only if obtained through a transitional accreditation pathway
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families

Pediatric Physical Therapy experience preferred

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, coordination, balance, and functional independence
Educate families and caregivers on treatment strategies and home exercise programs
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, physicians, educators, and caregivers to support patient outcomes
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
