About The Position

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a dedicated and motivated Physical Therapist to join a dynamic outpatient clinic. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on orthopedic and vestibular conditions. Both new graduates and first-time travelers are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

• Outpatient experience preferred, but not required
• Productivity target of approximately 60 patient visits per week
• Ability to manage a fast-paced outpatient environment
• Double-booking of follow-up visits may be required

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
• Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercise programs
• Manage a daily caseload of approximately 12–14 patients
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Adhere to clinic policies, procedures, and productivity standards
