About The Position
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Physical Therapist to join a dynamic outpatient orthopedic team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care while maintaining strong productivity and clinical excellence standards.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license (state-specific or compact, as applicable)
- Outpatient experience preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for orthopedic patients
- Deliver hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercises to improve mobility, strength, and function
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Manage a daily caseload efficiently while maintaining quality care
