About The Position

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join a rehabilitation team in Napa, CA. This role primarily focuses on outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation while also providing opportunities to work with geriatric and neurological patient populations. Candidates may have the opportunity to participate in a blended setting that includes outpatient, acute care, and inpatient rehabilitation services.

Requirements

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare environment.

Nice To Haves

• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Candidates with acute care or inpatient rehabilitation experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Provide physical therapy services focused on orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Treat patients with geriatric and neurological conditions as needed.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, recovery, and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
