Clinicians work closely with physicians and support athletes across high school, university, and professional club programs, with meaningful exposure to performance-based rehabilitation and a culture built around mentorship and clinical growth. This role is for a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) who is passionate about delivering evidence-based care while also helping develop the next generation of clinicians. The role involves mentorship and development, working alongside a team that values clinical excellence, collaboration, and continuous growth. With an average of 12 patients per day and a structured scheduling model that allows autonomy, the clinician will be able to lead by example and provide truly excellent care. Requirements

  • Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
  • Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.
  • Board Certification as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS)

Responsibilities

  • Serving as a mentor to early-career therapists and students, helping translate knowledge into confident, high-quality practice.
  • Partner with leadership on clinical development initiatives.
  • Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
  • Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
  • Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
  • Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
  • Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.
