About The Position

We’re seeking licensed Physical Therapists to provide outpatient therapy services in patients’ homes near you. This is outpatient therapy and not traditional home health. Luna is a tech-enabled physical therapy platform that partners with organizations to deliver exceptional healthcare. Luna Auto-Charting automates documentation, Safety Shield provides a convenient and safe experience, Luna Exercises allow for integrated care through an app, and geofencing technology matches patients based on specialty and location. Payments are direct deposited and visible in-app.
Requirements
- State-specific PT license
- Reliable, personal transportation for therapists practicing outside city centers
- Liability insurance
- CPR/BLS
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient therapy services in patients' homes.
- Document patient care via phone call.
- Prescribe and monitor workouts via the Luna app.
