About The Position

Requirements

• State-specific PT license
• Reliable, personal transportation for therapists practicing outside city centers
• Liability insurance
• CPR/BLS

Nice To Haves

• Specialty in geriatrics, neurology, orthopedics, physical & rehabilitation medicine, or sports medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy services in patients' homes.
• Prescribe and monitor workouts via the Luna app.
• Document patient care.
