We are seeking licensed Physical Therapists to provide outpatient therapy services in patients' homes. This role focuses on outpatient therapy, distinct from traditional home health.
Requirements
- State-specific PT license
- Reliable, personal transportation for therapists practicing outside city centers
- 1+ years of experience
- Liability insurance
- CPR/BLS
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services in patients' homes.
- Document patient care via phone call in minutes.
- Prescribe and monitor workouts via the Luna app.
- Utilize geofencing technology to match with patients based on specialty and location (within a 30-minute drive).
