We are actively seeking licensed Physical Therapists to provide outpatient therapy services in patients' homes. This role focuses on outpatient therapy, distinct from traditional home health.
Requirements
- State-specific PT license
- Reliable, personal transportation for therapists practicing outside city centers
- Liability insurance
- CPR/BLS

Responsibilities
