About The Position

We are seeking licensed Physical Therapists to provide outpatient therapy services in patients' homes near you. This is outpatient therapy and not traditional home health. Requirements

• State-specific PT license
• Reliable, personal transportation for therapists practicing outside city centers
• Liability insurance
• CPR/BLS

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy services in patients' homes.
