About The Position
Luna is the leading in-home tech-enabled physical therapy platform, founded in 2018. We partner with over 3000 PTs, offering them flexibility, autonomy, and 1:1 patient care to help avoid burnout and renew hope in their profession. Luna partners with organizations like Emory Health, Powerback, HopCo, Providence, Evergreen, Scripps, UCLA, and AARP. We are seeking licensed Physical Therapists to provide outpatient therapy services in patients' homes. This is outpatient therapy, not traditional home health.
Requirements
- State-specific PT license
- Reliable, personal transportation for therapists practicing outside city centers
- Liability insurance
- CPR/BLS
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient therapy services in patients' homes.
- Document patient care via phone call.
- Prescribe and monitor workouts via the Luna app.
