Requirements
- State-specific PT license
- Reliable, personal transportation for therapists practicing outside city centers
- Liability insurance
- CPR/BLS certification

Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient therapy services in patients’ homes.
- Deliver 1:1 patient care.
- Utilize Luna Auto-Charting to automate documentation.
- Prescribe and monitor workouts via the Luna app.
- Respond to patient needs within a 30-minute drive radius based on specialty and location.
