About The Position
This is a PRN role with a variety of shifts, requiring a minimum of 2 weekend days every 4 weeks. Weekday hours are from 6 am to 6 pm as needed. The position is located at Swedish American Hospital.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (or foreign equivalent as determined by the State of Illinois Department of Professional Regulation).
- CPR certification.
- Current license from the State of Illinois or in the process of acquiring licensure per department policy.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services in an inpatient setting.
- Participate in educational programs on an ongoing basis.
- Complete mandatory CEUs as required.
