About The Position

The Physical Therapist II provides a full range of physical therapy services, including evaluation, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, and discharge planning. The position may include other duties that reasonably relate to the role. The therapist is required to float between UCI Health locations as needed and may need to travel to clinics and other campus offices based on patient and scheduling needs. UCI Health is a large academic health system serving communities across Orange County, western Riverside County, and southeast Los Angeles County.

Requirements

Physical Therapy license or proof of eligibility from the California Board of Physical Therapy.
At least 5 years of experience as a licensed physical therapist.
Basic Life Support certification.
Ability to demonstrate the skill, knowledge, and ability essential to assigned duties.
Customer service skills appropriate to the job.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload.
Ability to provide proof of work authorization.
If assigned to work with infants and children aged 0 to 21, CCS paneling/approval is required within one year of hire if qualified for the CCS paneling requirement.

Responsibilities
