About The Position

Duly Health and Care is growing its outpatient Physical Therapy team in Naperville, at its Rickert Drive location. This role is ideal for new graduates, early-career professionals, or experienced clinicians seeking a practice that prioritizes quality over volume. Therapists have dedicated time with patients, access to a strong internal referral network, and opportunities to develop clinical specialties. The position emphasizes one-on-one patient care, structured mentorship, clinical autonomy, and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive network of over 200 PT and OT colleagues and access to 1,600+ Duly providers across 50+ specialties. Special Interest Groups are available in sports medicine, spine, vestibular rehab, pelvic health, pediatrics, and more. The team in Naperville supports a variety of patient populations and specialty areas, including sports medicine, pelvic health, vestibular rehabilitation, and pediatrics. The schedule is Monday-Friday, including two evenings per week until 7:00 PM, with the last patient scheduled at 6:00 PM.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current or eligible Illinois Physical Therapist license.

Nice To Haves

  • New graduates qualify for the structured 6-month mentorship program.
  • Clinicians with less than two years of experience may also elect to participate in the mentorship program.
  • More than 25% of our PTs and OTs hold an advanced specialty certification.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized, one-on-one patient care.
  • Conduct 60-minute evaluations.
  • Conduct 30-minute follow-up visits.
  • Complete documentation with built-in time.
  • Collaborate with PTs, OTs, PTAs, physicians, and advanced practice providers.
  • Develop clinical reasoning, evaluations, documentation, treatment planning, and caseload management.
  • Strengthen clinical decision-making.
  • Identify long-term clinical interests, specialty opportunities, and professional development goals.
