About The Position

Duly Health and Care is seeking an outpatient Physical Therapist in Burr Ridge, IL. This role is designed to support clinicians at all stages of their careers, from new graduates to experienced professionals, by providing dedicated time with patients, a strong internal referral network, and opportunities for clinical specialization. The focus is on quality of care over volume, with no double booking or required marketing, allowing therapists to concentrate on providing excellent patient care.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Current or eligible Illinois Physical Therapist license.

Responsibilities

Provide outpatient physical therapy services.
Conduct 60-minute evaluations.
Conduct 30-minute follow-up visits.
Manage patient caseloads.
Engage in clinical reasoning, treatment planning, and documentation.
Collaborate with PTs, OTs, PTAs, physicians, and advanced practice providers.
Provide individualized, one-on-one patient care.
