About The Position

The Physical Therapist I – Outpatient – Days position is a full-time role requiring 40 hours per week. The role involves providing evaluation, treatment, and follow-up services to physician-referred patients. Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining accurate patient records such as evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries, and billing. The position also involves participating in the clinical supervision of students. The role is located in Skokie, IL, and operates on a day shift schedule, with a requirement to work until 7 pm two evenings a week on a rotating basis. There is no required travel for this position.

Requirements

License: Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of IL
Graduation from a program in physical therapy approved by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of The Medical Association or the American Physical Therapy Association or its educational equivalent, or The Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association and the American Physical Therapy Association
CPR certification required
Experience in outpatient and ortho settings
Skills in outpatient and ortho settings
