Physical Therapist (Outpatient) (Level I)
About The Position
This position is for a Physical Therapist (Level I) working 100% FTE, Monday-Friday with variable hours at UW Health Swedish American Hospital in northern Illinois. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (or foreign equivalent as determined by the State of Illinois Department of Professional Regulation).
- Participates in educational programs on an ongoing basis and complete mandatory CEUs.
- Current license from the State of Illinois or in the process of acquiring licensure. An applicant for employment as a physical, occupational, or speech therapists must present acceptable evidence of licensure or authorization to test at the time of employment. An applicant who fails to provide this documentation will not be hired. A new employee will not be allowed to work as a therapist or assistant until evidence of licensure eligibility is provided.
