About The Position

A Winchester outpatient clinic is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist Director for a director-level role. This position is a good fit for a physical therapist who wants to stay actively involved in treatment while also helping guide the clinic’s clinical direction. You will provide one-on-one care, develop individualized treatment plans, and work with patients across a range of ages, goals, and conditions. The role also offers the opportunity to help build the clinic’s patient base and establish a strong standard of care from the start.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required
Active Physical Therapist license required
Strong clinical reasoning skills
Comfortable working independently
Interest in manual therapy and continued learning
Willingness to help grow the clinic
Professional and dependable

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree preferred
Outpatient experience preferred

Responsibilities

Provide direct physical therapy care in a one-on-one setting
Lead clinical services for the clinic location
Evaluate and treat a broad outpatient caseload
Create treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
Use manual therapy, strengthening, mobility work, and gym-based rehab
Perform hands-on techniques when appropriate
Complete patient documentation in Athena Health
Help build the clinic’s patient base
Maintain a high standard of care while working independently
