About The Position

We are hiring a full-time Physical Therapist Director for an outpatient clinic in Winchester, VA. This role is ideal for a physical therapist who values quality patient care, thoughtful treatment planning, and the opportunity to take on a leadership role in a growing clinic. You will provide one-on-one care, manage a varied outpatient caseload, and help patients make steady progress through hands-on treatment, active rehab, and clear patient education. You will also help support the clinic’s growth by building trust with patients, referral sources, and the local community.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Active Physical Therapist license required
• Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
• Strong hands-on treatment and clinical reasoning skills
• Comfortable working independently
• Interest in manual therapy and active rehab
• Strong communication and patient care skills

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one physical therapy care
• Evaluate and treat a varied outpatient caseload
• Create individualized treatment plans
• Treat athletes, children, adults, active patients, and medical referrals
• Use manual therapy, strengthening, mobility work, and patient education
• Perform techniques such as mobilization, manipulation, cupping, soft tissue work, instrument-assisted massage, and dry needling when appropriate
• Document care accurately in Athena Health
• Help grow the clinic through strong patient care and local outreach
• Serve as the clinical leader for the location

• Salary range: $100,000 to $110,000 per year
