About The Position
A well established outpatient physical therapy practice in Winchester, VA is seeking a Physical Therapist Director to lead clinical care and support daily clinic operations. This position is a great fit for a licensed Physical Therapist who loves patient care, team leadership and helping a clinic run with strong systems and clear standards. You will be part of the team that helps patients recover from injury, surgery, pain and movement restrictions. You will also mentor staff, review documentation and help the clinic to be successful.
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
- Outpatient physical therapy experience required
Nice To Haves
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or clinic management experience preferred
- Strong understanding of treatment planning and clinical documentation
Responsibilities
- Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
- Provide direct outpatient physical therapy treatment
- Lead daily clinical operations and support staff coordination
- Review patient progress and update treatment plans as needed
- Support therapists and clinical staff with care planning and documentation
