About The Position
Mishock Physical Therapy & Associates is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Director to join their growing healthcare team in Bechtelsville, PA. As a Manager Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients improve their mobility, manage pain, and recover from injuries through evidence-based treatment approaches. This role involves overseeing daily clinic operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining staffing, equipment, and resources for high-quality patient care. You will also be responsible for hiring, training, and supervising clinic staff, conducting performance evaluations, and participating in ongoing education for professional growth. Analyzing patient data to optimize staffing and program development, leading marketing efforts, and ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and ethical care are also key aspects of this position. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills, along with a relevant degree and experience in clinic management.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution
- Current Physical Therapy license in Pennsylvania
- Valid CPR certification
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Relevant degree and experience in clinic management
