About The Position
Wickliffe Country Place is seeking a dynamic and experienced Rehabilitation Program Director to lead our rehab services team. This role is responsible for overseeing the overall operation of rehabilitation products and services, ensuring high-quality outcomes for our residents.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of NetHealth and PointClickCare software
- Extensive understanding of applicable regulations and state practice acts
- Ability to lead with compassion, efficiency, and professionalism

- Management experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage service delivery, program development, and financial performance
- Oversee clinical staffing levels and maintain strong client relations
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and payer guidelines and regulations
- Collaborate with facilities and vendors to support seamless service integration
- Monitor services for quality outcomes and participate in payer medical reviews and appeals
