About The Position

A Warrenton outpatient physical therapy office is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist Director. This role offers $90,000-$120,000 per year with a Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule. This is a strong opportunity for a Physical Therapist who understands the daily pace of outpatient care and wants to take a bigger role in how care is delivered. The Physical Therapist Director will provide treatment, guide staff, review care plans, and help maintain an organized clinic environment.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
• Outpatient physical therapy experience required

Nice To Haves

• Prior leadership, supervisory, or clinic management experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Evaluating new patients and setting realistic therapy goals
• Providing outpatient treatment for orthopedic and mobility-related conditions
• Checking in with staff about patient progress and clinical questions
• Reviewing notes, care plans, and discharge summaries
• Helping keep schedules, patient flow, and communication on track
• Coordinating with physicians and referral partners
• Supporting a positive clinic experience for patients and staff
• Making practical decisions that support care quality and clinic efficiency
