About The Position

A Front Royal outpatient physical therapy office is seeking a Physical Therapist Director for a full-time leadership role. This position offers a steady Monday-Friday schedule, competitive annual pay of $90,000-$120,000, and the chance to lead patient care in a clinic-based setting. The Physical Therapist Director will work closely with patients and staff each day. The right candidate will know how to manage evaluations, treatment planning, staff questions, documentation standards, and the normal moving parts of an outpatient clinic.

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Virginia or eligible for Virginia licensure
• Active Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
• Outpatient physical therapy experience required
• Strong documentation, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
• Ability to balance direct care with operational leadership

Nice To Haves

• Previous leadership, supervisory, or clinic management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluating new patients and identifying therapy goals
• Providing hands-on physical therapy treatment
• Leading outpatient clinical services and daily staff coordination
• Supporting therapists with treatment progression and care decisions
