About The Position

SportsMed Physical Therapy is hiring Staff Physical Therapists and Clinic Directors across New Jersey as part of our continued expansion. We offer a clear path forward for both new graduate Physical Therapists seeking mentorship and experienced clinicians ready for leadership. Our Orthopedic Residency Program, powered by HSS, provides advanced clinical skills through expert-led mentorship and training designed for OCS certification. We focus on building careers, not just offering jobs.

Requirements

• New Jersey Physical Therapist License Required
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Computer Literacy and EMR experience (WebPT is a plus)

Nice To Haves

• New Grads and Experienced Physical Therapists are welcome!

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose each patient and develop appropriate rehabilitation goals.
• Maintain high levels of communication with other service providers such as Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, and Occupational Therapists to ensure quality patient care.
• Complete notes thoroughly and within a timely manner to ensure that collaborative care is maintained between other therapists.
• Participate in or lead monthly meetings to identify challenges within the clinic and strive to achieve clinic goals.
• Attend meetings to discuss various company initiatives to continuously improve clinical excellence and patient care.
