About The Position

SportsMed Physical Therapy is hiring Staff Physical Therapists and Clinic Directors across New Jersey as part of our continued expansion. We offer a clear path forward for both new graduates seeking mentorship and experienced clinicians ready for leadership. We also offer an Orthopedic Residency Program powered by HSS, which advances clinical skills through expert-led mentorship, advanced orthopedic training, and hands-on intensives designed to prepare clinicians for OCS certification. Requirements

New Jersey Physical Therapist License Required
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Computer Literacy and EMR experience (WebPT is a plus)

Responsibilities

Evaluate and diagnose each patient and develop appropriate rehabilitation goals.
Maintain high levels of communication with other service providers such as Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, and Occupational Therapists to ensure quality patient care.
Complete notes thoroughly and within a timely manner to ensure that collaborative care is maintained between other therapists.
Participate in or lead monthly meetings to identify challenges within the clinic and strive to achieve clinic goals.
Attend meetings to discuss various company initiatives to continuously improve clinical excellence and patient care.
