About The Position

BenchMark Physical Therapy, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is seeking an experienced and licensed Physical Therapist to serve as a Clinic Director. This position is located at our outpatient clinic in Pinehurst, NC.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Active North Carolina Physical Therapist license (or eligible).

• Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans for patients.
• Deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy.
• Lead clinical and non-clinical teams in a values-driven environment.
