Ivy Health Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinic Director to lead a dedicated team providing world-class care in physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA) services. We encourage our clinicians to pursue specialties they are passionate about such as Orthopedics, Pelvic Health, Oncology, Vestibular, Hand, Pediatric, Neuro, Vertigo, Sports, Parkinson’s Disease, Performing Arts, Pulmonary Disease, Concussion Management, Dry Needling (depending on state), and much more.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program required.
  • Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice required.
  • 3+ years of proven dedication and experience in a healthcare setting.
  • A passion for mentoring and developing others.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
