Orthopaedics Plus Physical TherapyBedford, MA
$95,000 - $135,000Onsite

About The Position

This role is for a Physical Therapist Clinic Director who wants to lead a clinic while remaining connected to patient care. The position offers leadership opportunities without the typical administrative burden, allowing for personal and professional growth, and maintaining a work-life balance. The clinic is therapist-owned and focuses on real relationships, meaningful growth, and helping both patients and team members reach their full potential. The ideal candidate is a physical therapist who has outgrown a caseload-only role and wants to develop other clinicians, own team outcomes, and stay involved in patient care. Leadership is viewed as responsibility, creating clarity, holding people accountable, and making decisions that serve the entire organization. The company values alignment with core values, meaningful results, teamwork, continuous education, and challenging the status quo. The director will have significant influence on the organization's direction, including hiring, expansion, business strategy, and compensation structure. Leadership time is protected and scheduled, with AI assistance for documentation to ensure a finish to the workday at work. The company encourages the use of paid time off with logistical support and offers a "Paid-Paid Vacation" reimbursement. Realistic caseloads, protected documentation time, and no catch-up expectations contribute to a sustainable work environment. The leadership team operates on a "Team Number One" philosophy, fostering open discussion, respectful challenges, and collaborative decision-making. Supportive culture is intentionally built through protected weekly team meetings and 1:1s, with a focus on consistent communication and action on team member ideas and concerns. Growth opportunities are structured with documented tracks for leadership, education, and organizational projects, with protected time for skill development. Mentorship and advanced clinical development are provided, including full tuition reimbursement for a manual therapy residency.
